meet at the designated meeting point.
How will I recognize my guide?
Your guide will be at the meeting point holding a blue and yellow flag. In busy areas, please
look out for the guide and approach them directly.
What happens if I’m late?
Unfortunately, we cannot delay the departure for late arrivals. If you’re running behind, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.
Does the tour run in all weather conditions?
Yes. Our tours operate rain or shine. In case of rain, we recommend bringing an umbrella or raincoat.
How many people are usually in the group?
Our tours are designed for small groups of around 8 guests. In some cases, when demand is higher, the tour may be operated in a minibus or bus, depending on factors such as language requirements and group composition.
What is your cancellation policy
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour. After that period, cancellations are non-refundable.
What is not included?
The tour price does not include meals, drinks, gratuities, personal expenses, or any other items not specifically listed in the Inclusions section of the activity details.
What happens if there are not enough participants for the tour?
All our tours require a minimum of 2 participants to run. If the minimum is not met, we may need to reschedule or cancel the tour. In such cases, you will always be notified in advance.
What are the rules for children and child seats?
Children are welcome on all our tours. According to Portuguese law, children over 1 year old and under 12 years old (or shorter than 135 cm) must travel in a suitable child seat. We provide these seats when required. However, for children under 1 year old (rear-facing, up to 13 kg), families must bring their own baby seat, as we are not able to supply them.
