We recommend driving just on the chosen route so that you can fully enjoy the experience. There are also roads that are prohibited, such as motorways, highways, and bridges.
In case of bad weather conditions and if the company considers that there are no safety conditions to operate the activity, it’s possible to reschedule it for the same day depending on availability.
The car’s documents are in the trunk, and it has third-party liability insurance, just as in a typical auto accident. Contact the support number in order to streamline the procedure.
You will have to call the telephone number that is written on the car, and we will give you all the necessary support in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
You can park the Spinach wherever cars and motorcycles are parked. You just have to pay attention, because some of these parking lots are paid.
All customers with reservation must check in 15min prior to the tour start.
With Spinach Tours Protection Pack you limit any responsibilities to 300€ + VAT maximum if any damage to the car occurs. Make sure your experience will be as smooth, light and pleasant as possible.

Yes, the driver needs to present a Valid Drivers’ License. Copies of documents will not be admissible.
If you’d like to switch in the middle of the experience, you need to present two valid driver’s licenses.
– The minimum age to drive is 18 years old.
– Children aged 7 to 12 years or at least 1.20 m (3.93 ft) can travel in a Booster seat (let us know in advance if you need one). All minors must be accompanied by an adult, and it is mandatory to sign a Term of Responsibility for children up to 13 years old.
Fortunately bad weather does not occur often in Lisbon. When it does, is mostly light drizzle that our fashionable ponchos easily beat.
However we always assess the situation and in if the tour needs to be canceled, we will do our best to reschedule or offer alternative options. Safety always comes first.
