Dress in comfortable clothes and wear closed shoes. A camera is always a good idea for capturing the views. We provide water and snacks during the experience, so you don’t need to bring your own.

Are there height or age requirements for the Lisbon E-Bike Tour?

Yes, participants need to be at least 1.50 m tall to join. For children or anyone under the minimum height, we recommend alternative tours such as our walking tours or Tuk Tuk experiences.

I’m not an experienced cyclist. Can I still join this tour?

Absolutely. The tour is beginner-friendly. Before setting off, our guides explain how the e-bikes work, and the motorized assistance makes the hills manageable. If you’re interested in another relaxed option, we also run a Lisbon Food Bike Tour.

What if the weather is bad on the day of my tour?

Rain is rare in Lisbon, but light showers do happen. We provide ponchos to keep you dry. In case of severe weather, we’ll evaluate the conditions and either reschedule your ride or suggest an alternative activity to ensure safety.

Can I store my personal items during the tour?

Yes, storage is available. We also partner with Bounce for luggage storage if you’re carrying more than a small bag. You’re welcome to bring a small backpack on the ride, but larger items should be stored safely before departure.

The meeting point is at our Boost Portugal store in downtown Lisbon, just steps away from landmarks like Commerce Square, Chiado, and Rossio Station. Inside, you’ll find a lounge area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and restroom facilities—everything to make your visit as comfortable as possible before and after the tour.

Can I use my own bike on the tour?

We recommend riding with our electric bikes, as they’re regularly serviced and designed to give you the best experience. That said, if you prefer to bring your own bike, get in touch with us in advance so we can check if it’s possible.
