Concept

The program “5 Senses” presents you our capital (or any other city) in a wide and sensorial perspective. The idea behind the program is to make you feel the city in a totally different way. Having as a resource several tasks and challenges that the participants find throughout the program, we understand the impression that the city leaves the participant in the activity so that it is fixed in its memory; not only mentally but recorded in the senses as well. This is a tablet rally program where participants get to know the city, are confronted with challenges, cultural questions, photographic challenges and in which they will have a test for each of the senses.
Each team will have a set of coloured ribbons that will identify it through a specific colour. In addition to the lanyards you will also receive a tablet that will guide the activity. Through an application created by our company, exclusively dedicated to tourism use and allowing you to know where you are, where you are going and still present content created by us (questions, tourist information, photographic evidence), participants will be on their own informed about the program and its objectives. Throughout the program, in addition to the contents on the tablet, participants will still be confronted with real tasks, one for each sense. Thus, they will have a wine tasting to taste, identify the smells to help a merchant who lost his sense of smell, identify songs played by our street musician, create a piece with his hands and still use the vision to recreate something through a painting . At the end of the program we will evaluate the performances of the teams and declare the winning team.
All of the team building companies have similar offers for activities to get to know a city. This proposal goes through to know it in depth, using our most intrinsic and natural attributes (the 5 senses), integrating the experience in a much more intense and true, smelling, listening, touching the city. A day, or a noon, which is what our groups usually have available to visit our capital, are clearly insufficient. In addition, a destination is much more than the beautiful views possible to contemplate in the belvederes of the city. The soul of a place involves the music you hear as you stroll through it, the smells that invade you, the textures and the flavours. The 5 senses program puts all this at your fingertips.

 

Duration

This activity is set to last between 2 hours and 3 ½ hours. It will begin with a briefing to the whole group where the details of the activity and all the procedures are explained. Here we will divide the group into teams and deliver the tablets as well. Through our application we can create custom routes, shorten or extend the activity, but ideally it will take at least 2 hours and 30 minutes of experience.

 

Location

The specificities of this program allow it to be carried out in any city of Portugal. The program is of course outdoor and the course will be created depending on the time available for the activity.
